Q. Why is the site called Puffa Central?
Good question. There are some really good sites dedicated to puffas on the internet, and the intention of this site was to bring them all together. Sort of a central puffa location, if you like. And, to me, it sounds a bit like a train station, Puffa Central. Plus, I like the sound of it!
Q. Why do you call the jackets 'puffa jackets'? Why not 'down jackets'?
The site is based in Britain, and for as long as I can remember, they've always been called 'puffa jackets', or 'bubble jackets'. In America, and probably the rest of the world, they're referred to as down jackets. But I'm proud to be British, so I stand by 'puffa jackets'!
Q. I think this site is awesome but would it be ok to ask if you could add nylon puffy sleeping bags?
I'd add sleeping bags - but only if there was a hot woman inside it! So far, no one has contributed any, but if someone did do, they'd go on the site!

Q. Is the site anything to do with "Puffa" - the British company?
Puffa Central has no relation to "Puffa" - apart from the name, obviously! (Although "Puffa" do manufacture puffa jackets!) More details about them can be found at http://www.puffa.com.
Q. Why is it that sometimes when I visit the site, I get a Geocities message which mentions band-width?
Geocities is the company that host Puffa Central. It's a free site host, as I just can't afford to pay for a website. Geocities only allow a certain amount of information to viewed at any one time - therefore, when a lot of people view the photos etc at once, we pass the band-width limit. It means that for an hour or so, Puffa Central won't be online. So if you have problems accessing the site, try again later!
To be honest, I'm not very technical - so I hope it makes sense, and that I'm actually explaining it correctly!
